Are the gemstones real?

Yes, always. I exclusively use genuine, natural gemstones that I carefully select for quality, color, and energy. Never synthetic, never fake.

What is gold-filled and why is it better than gold-plated?

Gold-filled is a high-quality material where a thick layer of real gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal, making it 50 to 100 times thicker than regular gold plating. As a result, it does not discolour, chip, or flake, and the gold colour remains beautiful for years. Gold-filled is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it safe for sensitive skin. Engelina Jewelry's pieces are made from 14K or 14/20 gold-filled material, a conscious choice for quality that you can see and feel.

Is every piece of jewelry truly unique?

Yes. I make each piece of jewelry by hand, one by one. Because I work with natural gemstones and nature never creates two identical stones, each piece is unique. The piece of jewelry you receive is literally one of a kind.

When will my order be shipped?

On weekdays, orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. You will receive an email with Track & Trace once your package is on its way. Please note: during market days or holidays, it may take a little longer; this will always be stated on the homepage.
